Job Description:

The candidate will be part of a dynamic team that provides meaningful impact to the business. This position will support multiple business lines and development/enhancement of reporting capabilities and analytics to help support Commercial line of business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the Production of analytics/reporting to support businesses
• Leads project (technical lead) & mentors lower level staff
• Develops specific, customized, ad hoc reports analyses and/or data visualizations to make recommendations as BI solution. Ensures adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies.
• Responsibilities also include, but not limited to leveraging BI tools to build complex MIS reports, data research, validation, and structuring; implementing business rules and constraints; creating and maintaining relevant documentation, etc.
• Lead, contribute and implement industry best practices.
• Lead or participate in business initiatives to enhance process efficiency
• Responsible for development, productionalization and maintenance of Dashboards & Reports in various BI platforms in close cooperation with
• Technology and Data teams as well as interfacing with internal business partners to gather, critically assess, and implement business requirements that cover financial, marketing, and business development activities

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
• Engagement and work with multiple senior management stakeholders
• Demonstrated hands on experience using Tableau/SSRS/ Power BI and Advanced Excel.
• Hands-on experience in SQL (Teradata/SQL Server) & ETL (SSIS)
• Engage with cross culture team members and stake holders
• Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
• Excellent analytical and technical skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and demonstrate strong presentation skills
• Ability to lead the team technically and work with all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Qualification & Experience:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in data visualization, Reporting, Dashboard development and data analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Finance, Computer or Statistics
