Job Description:

To perform audits and complete audit reports by physically counting merchandise, investigating variances or discrepancies, identifying and accounting for shrink or overages, and adjusting inventory counts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that associates understand and apply safe and correct ways to handle, move, and display goods, and does the same in own work
• To carry out the Inventory process to help improve replenishment and receiving and to reduce shrinkage
• To identify poor corrective practices & develop corrective actions for low in-stock levels in assigned areas
• To Help Associates understand and apply financial guidelines and related laws and regulations when conducting audits and documenting findings to properly track goods & prepare audit reports, and identify causes of shrinkage or overage
• 3 to 5 Years of experience in handling team
• Preferably from Retail & FMCG sector
