Job Description:

Provide planning support to the Wholesale Sales team for rapidly growing active business and shoe divisions. Drive top line growth and develop and execute sound financial plans for maximum profitability. Maintain and analyze selling reports and drive brand image.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying opportunities and maximizing Acct/store performance in both current and future business.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining open to buys to maximize sales & profit
• Compile and create competitive market share reports
• Develop ad-hoc analytical reports and tools to meet the changing needs of the business
• Manage all planning for, Movement & Shoes. For all Department Stores, Specialty Stores, international
• Develop plans to grow key accounts using bottom-up sales and top to bottom scenarios
• Driving each business through strategic planning
• Develop financial budgets down to account level
• Manage and Project on Replenishment Style sales and opportunities
• Manage Department Store recaps; weekly selling by classification, style& color; highlighting best sellers
• Obtain and enter weekly sales and stock data as well as monthly sales and stock by door
• Provide account recommendations on inventory, managing markdowns and movements to maximize sales & margins
• Assist in the process of maintaining the receipt flow working with Account Executives to manage monthly receipts, product pull ups and push outs
• Provide support to the sales team and account partners
• Build bottoms up ladder plans for major account to ensure we have proper assortments

Job Requirements:

• 7+ of Planning experience in the retail or apparel industry
• Strong communication skills
• Creative problem solver/ “outside the box” thinker
• Must be a quick learner that is flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
• Must have excellent excel skills
• Must have prior Department Store and/ or Wholesale experience
• Results oriented
• Strong planning and forecasting, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Works well in teams
• Prior RTW or active business experience a plus
