Job Description:
We are looking for a administrator to join our team at UPS SCS Coventry branch. Reporting primarily to the Coventry Operations Manager this will be a shared branch admin resource for the UPS SCS Amazon sites & SCS Coventry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting overtime and shift allowance for all sites.
- Filing ,monitoring training schedules & ordering required consumables.
- Validating agency hours.
- Maintaining and validating all financials including but not limited to raising PO’s.
- Ensuring the ledger is up to date.
