Job Description: We are looking for a administrator to join our team at UPS SCS Coventry branch. Reporting primarily to the Coventry Operations Manager this will be a shared branch admin resource for the UPS SCS Amazon sites & SCS Coventry. Job Responsibilities: Reporting overtime and shift allowance for all sites. Filing ,monitoring training schedules & ordering required consumables. Validating agency hours. Maintaining and validating all financials including but not limited to raising PO's. Ensuring the ledger is up to date.
