Job Description:

Oversees and supports all park-wide retail distribution functions related to the materials, equipment, planning, direction and supplies, including, shipping, receiving, storage, transfers, space maximization, distribution services, budget management, and the hiring, training, scheduling, discipline and supervision of distribution staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Ensures processes and procedures are and compliant with the company and legal guidelines by staying current with existing rules and new legislation; enforcing adherence to those expectations; Ability to address challenges and recommend solutions.
• Manages inventory control levels between warehouse and units, by consistently conducting physical counts; reconciling with our JDA system and support teams.
• Supports the storage, distribution levels and stocking process of all retail units and Carnival Games.
• Achieves financial objectives by supporting the preparation of an annual budget; labor expenses/overtime; being aware of and analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Secures warehouse operations and merchandise by establishing Loss Prevention protocol and procedures to maintain inventory accuracy and exceed Shrink goals.
• Support the physical layout and maximization of space in the WH, by planning and implementing design layouts; inspecting and maintaining equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of managerial experience in Warehouse Management in a high volume center.
• College degree with coursework in warehousing, logistics, supply chain management, inventory, materials management, trucking transportation are a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, with prior experience in Warehouse, Logistics, and accurate Inventory Management
• Proven record in space planning/maximization and warehouse floor plan mapping.
• Certification and knowledge of forklift operation, driver safety, scheduling and general maintenance.
