Job Description:
The role of the Supervisor- Pilot Hiring Administration is to develop and lead a team of employees by integrating pilot hiring processes and to align their day-to-day work related to pilot interviews, job offers and clearance results. The supervisors assist in the development, maintenance and alignment of pilot hiring administrative processes and workflow by partnering with pilot hiring leader and team to establish and implement processes and work flow that foster organizational and pilot hiring goals. The supervisor is skilled in building effective partnerships with all levels of employees and has a demonstrated history of suggesting and implementing successful process improvements that contribute to business results. Key skills and abilities include coaching, communication, process improvement, analysis and problem solving. Creates sourcing strategy for approved job and collaborates with hiring manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of business literacy about the department, efficiency and process improvements for all administrative functions supporting pilot interviews, offers and clearance process.
- Assess and anticipate pilot hiring related needs, assist in develop and implementation of solutions. Lead some organizational and event planning related to pilot recruiting and hiring.
- Formulate process improvements, train and monitor administrative employees that help achieve business objectives within pilot hiring.
- Analyze business trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and processes that improve pilot hiring’s contribution to the organization’s goals.
- Assist in creation, implementation and monitoring all pilot hiring administrative processes from initial contact through
- AirlineApps, employee referral, assessment process, selection process, interview, job offer, clearance and start date.
- Activities may include review of application in AirlineApps, recruiting processes and attendance at pilot recruitment events.
- Actively support discussions and best practices from various departments within organization.
Job Requirements:
- 3 or more years HR experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent business acumen skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to process business needs and pilot hiring goals to achieve results
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in employee coaching, recruiting, training, project management and program execution
