Job Description: We are seeking an energetic, eCommerce Key Account Manager with an unstoppable passion to learn and grow within this role to help us lead an eCommerce transformation. Job Responsibilities: Maintain the “digital shelf”. Review and edit brand information across Pureplays. Working in conjunction with brand and digital marketing to ensure consistency in brand & strategic messaging. Leverage Profitero to ensure we ‘win’ at digital shelf with set tracked KPI’s. Execute shopper marketing programs including corporate merchandising events, Rating & Reviews, Promotions Responsible for Pureplay sales & marketing invoice approval within agreed budgets – responsibility of processing Pureplay invoices as part of the monthly financial consolidation of spends and accruals. Responsibility of yearly Joint Business Planning for Strategic Pureplays (Ocado Look Fantastic, Feel Unique) with recommendations to the sales lead of opportunities to accelerate profitable growth. This includes identifying a sales strategy, forecast, budget, NPD, sku mix, pricing structure and margin recommendations. The above activities will need you to work closely with Trade marketing, digital marketing and brand teams to deliver content updates to ensure consistency of messaging and brand equity. Working closely with the sales & channel leads to build a robust JBP and demand creation plans. Ensure that our Pureplay JBPs are aligned to our agreed spends with recommendations of accelerations and big thinking ideas. Ensure the strong execution & optimisation of eCommerce Shopper Marketing plans for Burt's Bees pureplays + support Brand D2C sales plans. Own the relationship with key account contacts (e.g. Buyers and Marketing contacts). Responsible for continual improvement & maintenance of the digital shelf, implementing content updates, product title keyword optimizations across Burt’s Bees Strategic Pureplays (Ocado, Look Fantastic) Forecasting and stock planning – Responsible for communicating and planning the accounts inventory needs. Ensure that inventory is planned and fulfilled using data to drive decisions Planning, implementation and tracking of key promotions & Deals in line with agreed budgets.
