Take an active role in the development of leaders to be champions of a guest-centric culture Know and assess the competition; leverage guest insights and feedback to drive the business and be the destination of choice for our guests Anticipate and identify changes in unique store trends Build relationships that are important to the store’s community to address the most pressing local needs.
