Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and build strategic relationships with individuals and external organizations that support D&I objectives and company priorities.
- Partner with Non-US (shoreside) brand / business and HR leaders in specific geographical locations to provide D&I consulting services and programmatic support.
- Provide enterprise subject matter expertise in three or more dimensions of diversity (e.g.: Gender, Race, Ethnicity)
- Provide comprehensive operations oversight, including diversity outreach, marketing/communications, reporting and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement an effective ERG Maturity Model to assist Officers; Liaisons and Executive Champions in fully understanding how to support and leverage the ERGs as a business resource and drive the evolution of our ERG model.
- Act as key partner of other HR COE’s (e.g.: Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits), to successfully execute on shared priorities and opportunities.
- Set direction for and drive the ERG Consortium; focus on ERG Leader development and increase ERG collaboration.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to ensure all ERGs are operating at optimal level.
- Partner with brand / business and HR leaders (e.g.: RCI, Shared Services) in the development of D&I strategy, action planning, execution and outcome metrics and Business alignment:
Job Requirements:
- Broad Human Resources experience is preferred.
- Strong managerial skills on team building, collaboration, change management, compliance / risk management abilities within large scale, multi-country, multi-dimensional company known for its D&I effectiveness
- Managing external benchmark and branding surveys and associated metrics to demonstrate impact.
- Proven ability to communicate and synthesize complex issues in a concise, clear and convincing fashion.
- Partnering with and influencing HR and business leaders to design and advance strategy and outcomes
- Planning, implementing, and communicating diversity insights based on data and analytics
- Proven ability to become a trusted advisor to business leaders and other influencers at all organizational levels, based on subject matter expertise and collaborative leadership style.
- Integrating D&I insights in talent acquisition / management and succession planning processes
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in public speaking is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in a D&I or HR managerial role, with at least 3 years of applicable experience in a related subject matter field
- Bachelor’s degree in business with specialization in HR, social sciences or equivalent.
