Job Description:

You will be responsible for leading the efforts required for various aspects of cross functional IT system business requirements including. Business process analysis. Potential system design & development discussions with IT and its functional testing. Along with proactively assessing and recommending optimization of various existing IT systems. This job plays critical roles in the development of effective performance monitoring dashboards and successful IT system project delivery through effective project management to derive maximum benefits in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a unified block diagram of all corporate services systems whereby reflecting in its various interfaces, high level and detailed process flows.
• Work with Corporate Services’ SMEs during initial IT system development by capturing high level understanding of procedures. Process and SOPs followed in Corporate Services division.
• Track Corporate Services IT system software development projects in coordination with IT and Corporate Services departments and provide necessary performance feedback to relevant stakeholders.
• Analyse post production issues/defects, log them follow up with IT for fixes. Perform final UATs in coordination with business and SMEs.
• Create high level Requirement Process Flow Diagrams during initial stage of the requirement gathering for effective visualization and better understanding.
• Responsible for assisting SMEs in creating Wireframes during requirement gathering and/or solution design stage to visualize the interfaces of the “system to be developed” for better user experience and minimize re-
• Ensure cross utilization of existing IT systems features across multiple departments through effective evaluation of developed features and demonstrate how it can support the optimization of an existing business process.

Job Requirements:

• Advanced MS Excel skills to optimally perform analysis.
• High level of sensitivity and professionalism.
• Self-starter, having the ability to work independently with minimal instructions
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to write comprehensive and accurate reports using own initiative.
• Strong interpersonal kills.
• Ability to proofread outgoing documents with a high level of accuracy.
• Demonstrable planning skills and strong attention to detail.
• A minimum of 4 years specialist of job-related experience required.
• Proven ability to work under pressure to defined timescales.
• Client focused and business aware, with proven interaction to executive/senior management level.
• Ability to understand and analyse business processes
• Keep abreast of the local property market, seismic movements, regulatory decisions etc.
  Effective at managing working relationships.
