Job Description:

As a Systems Analyst Senior, you’ll work on an operations team that concentrates on proactive monitoring of events. A strong candidate will have a mindset and skillset of an IT Analyst, with Engineer and Developer qualities. The work will cross the entire enterprise, including infrastructure and applications, and partner closely with IMT, EM, Problem, Change and Security. You’ll be responsible for developing, enhancing, and monitoring Splunk dashboards that use enterprise wide data. Responsibilities will include automation opportunities, escalation during major incidents and outages, consulting for high complexity requests, best practices as an operations group, and feedback to improving group effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology, or related discipline, and a minimum of four years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications
• Daily use of Splunk and App Dynamics with knowledge of the toolsets
• Understanding of Application Infrastructure architecture
• Strong analytical and engineering skills
• Ability to act as a liaison and partner with other IT teams
• Experience with current monitoring solutions, data structures, breadth of IT experience
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications may be accepted
