Job Description:

The ideal Studio Services employee is professional, motivated, results oriented, committed to providing outstanding customer service and thrives in a fast-paced working environment. They will work with Costumers and Designers that are wardrobing in the TV, movie and commercial business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bill customers accurately and in a timely manner according to the Studio Service contracts
• Demonstrate initiative in accomplishing tasks and meeting quality standards
• Partners with the Costumer or Designer to ensure the customer experience is seamless through the process of pulling, checking in and out and billing of the merchandise
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner with a sense of urgency
• Ensure all merchandise is accurately accounted for, processed and restocked upon return

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrate ability to use a variety of technology (e.g. PC, iDevices) and new computer applications
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Strong organizational, math and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
