Job Description:
Serve as the Digital Marketing audience data expert, guiding channel teams and partners on available targeting data and audience creation best practices.
Enable and govern Nordstrom’s digital marketing audience strategy, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data utilization across Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, and Nordstrom Media Network.

- Work alongside Analytics to operationalize ongoing audience testing and optimization strategies, while also supporting channel’s test and learn approaches.
- Work with cross-functional teams like Product, Analytics, and Engineering to advocate for and prioritize Digital Marketing and Nordstrom Media Network audience data needs.
- Partner across Paid and Owned channel teams to coordinate cohesive audience definitions and exposure, while also identifying areas of opportunity and optimization.
- You are energized by enabling teams to unlock the full potential of 1st party data.
- Build and manage relationships across Nordstrom Media Network internal and external teams to ensure cohesion and support a best-in-class audience media network activation model.
Job Requirements:
- Familiarity across display, social, and other digital media channels.
- 5+ years demonstrated success in digital marketing with a focus on creating audiences and utilizing 1st and 2nd party data across internal and external platforms.
- Deep familiarity with audience creation platforms like LiveRamp, Google Analytics, DMPs and CDPs, with knowledge on identity resolution and various forms of digital tracking. Background in web/app tracking, attribution models, and testing frameworks is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking skills coupled with a bias towards action to anticipate and navigate the constantly changing marketing landscape.
