Job Responsibilities:
- Provide an excellent candidate experience
- Full cycle recruiting including strategy meetings, sourcing, screening, initiating interviews, debrief sessions, and working closely with hiring managers throughout the process
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for current and future hiring needs in an assigned business unit, his role is aligned to support our Supply Chain team
- Partner to the Supply Chain business and HR teams as both a hands-on recruiter as well as change agent for hiring best practices and diversity focus
Job Requirements:
- Sourcing success including direct sourcing and leveraging programs for candidate generation
- Client management savvy including partnership with all levels of leadership, leading hiring strategy work, and reporting
- Passion for and experience with diversity hiring activities
- Experience recruiting for a Supply Chain corporate/leadership team is strongly preferred
- 5+ years in-house full cycle recruiting including support of corporate functions in a large organization.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and successfully build relationships with peers, hiring teams and HR partners
- An eye for opportunity, ability to influence, focus on efficiency, and passion for best practice
- Skilled in current recruiting technologies, including ATS (Workday preferred) and sourcing tools
