Job Responsibilities: Provide an excellent candidate experience Full cycle recruiting including strategy meetings, sourcing, screening, initiating interviews, debrief sessions, and working closely with hiring managers throughout the process Develop and implement sourcing strategies for current and future hiring needs in an assigned business unit, his role is aligned to support our Supply Chain team Partner to the Supply Chain business and HR teams as both a hands-on recruiter as well as change agent for hiring best practices and diversity focus Job Requirements: Sourcing success including direct sourcing and leveraging programs for candidate generation Client management savvy including partnership with all levels of leadership, leading hiring strategy work, and reporting Passion for and experience with diversity hiring activities Experience recruiting for a Supply Chain corporate/leadership team is strongly preferred 5+ years in-house full cycle recruiting including support of corporate functions in a large organization.
