Job Description:

This corporate Sr HR Business Partner role coaches and consults with leaders so they achieve their business strategies by focusing on employee performance, talent management, organizational effectiveness and diversity & inclusion. This candidate must be able to effectively work across all levels of the organization, serve as a trusted partner to leadership, and operate proactively to bring Technology Business Unit HR priorities to life. Your business acumen, interpersonal skills and ability to make data driven decisions and recommendations will be critical.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads the prioritization of learning, talent and compensation activities in partnership with SMEs in support of business priorities and goals
  • Partners with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational design efforts. Proactively identifies opportunities to optimize the organization – structure, size, workforce composition – in support of business outcomes.
  • Builds strong relationships with both employees and business leaders across the organization, connecting enterprise, business and HR goals
  • Co-develops change management and employee engagement efforts with business leaders
  • Manages and drives multiple HR programs across a variety of divisions/groups in a fast paced, complex and matrixed business environment
  • Serves as a mentor across broader HR team
  • Provides leadership coaching and supports team effectiveness efforts with client group through direct and actionable feedback
  • Demonstrates a commitment to teamwork through relationship-building and collaboration
  • Serves as a trusted advisor for the business, using external and internal insights, data and trends to identify and help solve key people and business issues
  • This Sr HR Manager role touches all aspects of Human Resources while directly partnering with our businesses to design and implement programs that tie back to business strategy.
  • Identifies people priorities for the organization/client group and aggregates larger cross-group themes
  • Supports the development and execution of a talent strategy that enables the achievement of business goals and ensures the identification and development of future leaders and other critical talent.

Job Requirements:

  • HRBP experience supporting Technology Business Units is a plus
  • Experience working effectively with business teams and leaders
  • Experience partnering with business leaders to develop and implement effective organizational designs using “best in class” tools and practices
  • Ability to partner across multiple teams within HR to deliver effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with an ability to apply quantitative analysis to HR outcomes and use data to influence and drive decisions
  • Strong business and people acumen – ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Masters or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • Experience successfully leading change management efforts for organizations undergoing large scale transformation. Track record of successfully leading and delivering large, complex programs across multiple teams/organizations
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of 7+ years directly applicable HR experience – partnering with business leaders to drive strategic and effective people outcomes. Experience in both HR business partner role and specialist area preferred
