Job Description: We’re currently looking for a Aftersales - Marketing Analytics Intern to join our team. The position will be at the following location Nissan Headquarters in Franklin, TN and will be a full time role for Summer 2025. Job Responsibilities: Nissan is a proven leader of providing innovative & reliable Electric Vehicles. As Nissan EV Vehicle business grows and expands, the company will need to adapt and refine the services and the way we focus on the customer. One example of a successful result would be to successfully develop a peak shaving solution with the team for one of Nissan’s existing facilities. Candidate will have the opportunity to present findings and potential solutions to the executive team at Nissan. Identify new ideas and strategies to use existing used EV batteries to reduce carbon emissions and conserve raw materials. Ideas can include, but are not limited to, use in Energy Storage Systems, Jet way power, train propulsion, peak shavings, and remote power adaptions. Task – Interview alternative energy suppliers, start-ups, and Nissan subject matter experts that can reuse, repurpose, or repower Nissan’s EV batteries for 2nd life applications. Actions- Under the leadership of the 4R Senior Manager, this candidate will work with innovative companies and to define and design alternative energy solutions by incorporating Nissan’s existing EV Batteries. One example of a successful result would be to propose a 15-year plan to retain customers, increase customer satisfaction, and expand the Nissan Intelligent Service to EV specific business. Candidate will have the opportunity to present findings and potential solutions to the executive team at Nissan. Actions – Identify potential risks to continuing with “business as usual” and to explore new services, standards, and identify disrupters that will evolve our EV Strategy in 2030, 2040, and beyond. Task to define the changing needs to the EV customer, the Nissan Dealer, and the Aftersales business.
