Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced product creator with a strategic lens and analytical approach. The right person for this position is a specialist in 3D tools & technology tools such as CLO and Browzwear. The right candidate is eager to learn new tools and technologies like parametric patternmaking (Grafis) and body data analysis platforms (iSize). You will have a keen interest in anthropometric measurements as well as being a strong collaborator, teacher and advocate.

Job Responsibilities:

Through your expertise in apparel creation and implementation of digital process within the business, you will advise and work with cross-functional partners to help them embrace 3D tools in their day to day workflow. You will partner cross-functionally to create product libraries. A typical week includes creating strategies, executing apparel standard documents and collaborating with cross-functional partners. You will also assist in training and mentoring multiple teams on tool adoption, creating solutions to support processes and re-invigorate cross-dimensional standardization.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design, Pattern Making, Textile Science or related field OR two additional years’ experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years’ pattern making and apparel development experience.
• Knowledge of 2D & 3D apparel development process from inception through production, including but not limited to pattern making, grading, construction, costing, manufacturing, embroidery, materials and machinery
• Ability to act as a technical resource, mentor others and lead initiatives through high energy and positive influence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to excel in a deadline driven environment.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills with attention to detail and process orientation.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs and confident using Adobe Illustrator and CAD Pattern Design software. Experience with CLO/Browzwear preferred.
