Job Description:

Our Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) team specifically plays a key role in this effort, and we are hiring an L&OD Executive to support our UK employees. This is a full-time position based in London, UK and reporting to the Head of Talent, UK. This role will play a key role in helping us evolve and scale developmental initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze feedback on targeted program components
- Lead the review, evaluation and reporting of learning program effectiveness, and analyze feedback from the business to ensure alignment of L&D practices with business needs

- Develop and run a scalable manager training pilot which supports and develops all UK managers in driving high performing teams
- Assist the central team in upskilling and acting as a trusted thought partner to HRBPs as they expand in their roles and skillsets
- Where applicable, audit and approve vendor invoices
- Coordinate and manage daily UK L&OD operations and activities
- Partner on the L&OD strategy via agile project management workflows and planning
- Undertake ongoing country-wide training needs analysis in order to ensure the design and delivery of fit-for-purpose learning and development initiatives at all organizational levels
- Strategy & Partnership
- In collaboration with EMEA L&OD team, identify any other L&D opportunities that drive forward excellence on Netflix UK’s biggest strategic priorities
- Run a scalable monthly onboarding program for new starters to upskill everyone on our ways of working within our culture, and set them up for successful careers at Netflix
- In partnership with the central L&OD and Talent teams, drive Netflix UK L&OD strategy in three priority areas (scaling culture, strengthening leaders, enabling high performing leadership teams) in order to develop UK employees, leaders, teams. Specifically entails tailoring, translating and localising for the UK the central strategy/approach set by global and regional teams.
- Identify program efficiency and proactively identify program risks and opportunities
- Partner on developing and executing on the plan to support UK Leadership teams in becoming strong strategic leaders and role models of our Netflix Values to drive growth, self awareness and performance
- Maintain tracking of UK projects and key initiatives, working in close partnership with the broader Talent and L&OD teams; familiar with Asana project management software
- Design, drive and execute on EMEA’s Inclusion Strategy initiatives
- Work with the L&OD Coordinators in looking after the UK contracting process with learning vendors
- In charge of overall UK programmatic planning, operations, and communication (e.g. onboarding)
- Where applicable, design and facilitate at senior leadership offsites
- Collaborate on building leadership capabilities (notably leading strategically, cross-functionally, in a matrix, in complexity), through blended learning initiatives, coaching, mentoring, to ensure development of strong UK leadership which will fuel the company’s creativity and growth

Qualification & Experience:
- You’ve had experience planning and supporting large scale programs or broader Talent efforts, specifically within the culture evolution or Learning & Organizational development space
- You are experienced in working with ambiguity and constant change, and are able to navigate local and functional dynamics
- 10+ years of experience as a Talent or L&OD practitioner, specialist, manager, programs manager
- You have experience leading agile and design thinking workflows and operating methods
- You’ve had experience supporting senior leadership teams and executives, and partnering with HRBPs
- You are an Organizational Development (OD) Practitioner and preferably an Executive Coach
