Job Responsibilities: Manage and support loading of transformed data to administration systems. Analyse received, transformed, and migrated data for accuracy. Gain an understanding of our Administration database and arrange periodic refresh of data held in non-Production environments. Maintain awareness of upcoming regulatory and technology changes impacting the Fund's data provision and requirements. Collaborate with the Change Team and Technical Team to assist with assessing impact of changes to our data needs and how data is recorded, enabling appropriate decision making for all stakeholders and consideration of knock-on consequences. Ensure that the Fund adheres to tPR requirements regarding common and conditional data tests and future regulatory requirements are met. Provide data SME input to Project teams, Fund Events and across the Department as required. This could include (but is not limited to) feeding into project requirements, facilitating bulk member record updates and reporting to identify populations impacted by changes. Data cleanse with ability to undertake analysis to understand root causes of systemic data issues. This could involve collaborating across the Department to enable effective decision-making regarding process changes to prevent such data issues reoccurring. Develop and maintain robust and repeatable data extraction / analysis procedures. Own documentation supporting the agreed selections of key member populations Provide data SME (Subject Matter Expert) input into and ensure successful execution of the Funds Data Management Plan. Management of data provision from HR and Payroll. Job Requirements: Demonstrate a solid level of analytical and numeracy capability. Possess a strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access skillset along with knowledge of Power BI (or similar). Demonstrate a collaborative approach, including with 3rd parties, to deliver common goals to agreed deadlines, taking ownership and responsibility for own areas of work. Acting as a data subject matter expert, you will provide reliable output and be able to communicate complex subject matters to a varied audience. Results focused, passionate and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. Ideally currently operating in the pensions industry. You will need to evidence a strong data analysis proven track record. Demonstrate a quality mindset with attention to detail. Demonstrable experience of effective prioritisation and task execution in a high-pressure environment and the ability to react to changes promptly and effectively. Preferably possess operational knowledge of the UK DB and DC data needs including payroll data items.
