We are looking for a fulltime Team Leader at our Galeries d’Anjou Boutique. This role will be responsible for acting as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand while ensuring operational excellence as well as above and beyond customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Balancing time between administrative and customer service tasks.
- Debriefing team on key objectives and deliverables;
- Ensuring effective communication with team and store management;
- Creating positive brand experience for all stakeholders;
- Analyzing and coaching team on KPI reports;
Job Requirements:
- Effective time management and analytical skills
- Must be bilingual in French and English
- Passionate about coffee and sustainability
- Demonstrated excellence in understanding and driving KPIs
- 2-3 years’ experience in high-volume retail environment
