Job Description: We have a great position for Learning & Development Specialist focusing on Digital & Compliance to join Nestle UK& I in the Learning & Development Team covering a 12-month maternity leave. Job Responsibilities: Work in collaboration with the market stakeholders, regional and market L&D teams to support the delivery of online learning solutions and/or modules. Establish and utilise communication channels and communities to promote continuous learning (iLearn, me@Nestle and other local communications channels and platforms) Managing the reporting of local online compliance training Co-ordination of the creation of overall operational plan, working with the other L&D Specialists through the business planning process Leading the Market on Global and Local Mandatory eLearnings, in collaboration with functional specialists, L&D Teams and factory communities Developing the use of data and reporting, supporting the use of analytics with the rest of the team to develop insight Development, maintenance of digital resources in support of local L&D strategy in collaboration with regional and global teams Be part of the global Learning & Capability building functional community, actively collaborating with ideas on new solutions, external benchmarks, and learning technologies. Job Requirements: Demonstrated capability of analysing data, drawing insight, and proposing action Experience of Factory Compliance a benefit Strong planning and organisational skills Experience consulting with subject matter experts and a wide variety of stakeholders.
