Job Description:

As a National Holidays Team we operate a wide selection of offers from camping and caravan sites to holiday cottages, bunkhouses and bothies. Wherever the location, we look to ensure all our guests not only have a unique place to stay when they come on holiday with us, but an experience that they will remember for a lifetime.

Job Responsibilities:

  • As the champion of the Holidays offer, you will understand market trends and deliver support to inform decisions. You will be pro-active in your approach and a forward thinker who enjoys problem solving.
  • You be responsible for line management of a small team of Holidays Assistants and their tasks.
  • Ultimately, you will support the delivery of a consistent, professional and quality offer, which maximises the financial contribution of the Holidays business in the National Trust.

Job Requirements:

  • PC literate in MS software packages to intermediate level
  • Supervisory management of a small team
  • Facilitating skills; listening, building trust and acting to deliver a prompt, quality service
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with an ability to persuade and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise across multiple work streams
  • Strong commercial awareness, ideally gained in a hospitality or tourism business
