Job Description: The Senior FPA Manager is a member of the Rochambeau Leadership Team and the primary reference for all financial matters related to the Rochambeau Workshop. This role is responsible for driving the business of the workshop and contributing to the vision and strategy of the workshop through; 1) Ensuring reliability of information 2) Preparing budgets, forecasts, and month end reporting, 3) Establishing financial policies, procedures, internal controls, and reporting systems to minimize financial risk and guide financial decisions, 4) and Identifying areas of opportunity, benchmarking, defining action plans and being accountable for deliverables. In addition, this role will lead a growing team of financial professionals, while supporting their career growth and development. Job Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, development and distribution of various reports and provides general advice to managers Monitor the inventory coverage, evaluate the risk of material obsolescence dimension of the depreciation fund, and supervise the material destruction process Perform variance analysis (actual results vs. budget) for variable and fixed costs Animate the performance of the Workshop within the Leadership Team Perform other duties as assigned and/or dictated by business needs Lead and animate improvement projects within the Company Prepare and document the monthly profit and loss and other operational KPIs Prepare budgets by establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data (productivity, material consumption and destruction, freight and duties costs, indirect expenses, investments, and material, where applicable) Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits Guide Leadership Team in the resolution of cost, inventory management, and budget issues Liaise with the accounting department to reconcile, analyze, share data, and ensure accuracy of overall financial reporting Measure and analyze production performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Monitor the new products ramp-up phase and ensure the achievement of the planned targets Liaise with the FPA community based in Europe Job Requirements: Effectively challenge the status quo to improve performance Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, advanced excel knowledge is required (Macro and Visual basic), knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is preferred Team oriented and able to thrive as a part of various teams Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a plus Knowledge of JDE One World, and SAP Manufacturing industry and costing background preferred Strength of character to manage range of stakeholders Ability to assess priorities, effectively cope with change, and navigate fast paced environment Strong, energetic, effective communicator Demonstrated ability to work independently Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Managerial Accounting focus desired Minimum 8-12 years of progressive finance experience, with minimum of 5 years as a Manager Job Details: Company: LVMH Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Alvarado, TX, USA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacancyvite.com
