Job Description:

As a Greeter, you will initiate the process on building a genuine relationship with the Client by determining the Client’s needs and offering direction to appropriate departments and Universes. The greeter is a client’s first point of contact within the store and sets the tone for the client’s experience while they are with us.

Job Responsibilities:

• The ideal Greeter will manifest the Louis Vuitton Promise to build a genuine relationship and cherish the Client’s time spent at the Maison while making sure that each Client is greeted with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, partnering with the Client Experience team and collaborate with the store team at large to create a seamless client experience and maintaining daily calendar of client appointments and on-going events in-store.
