Job Description:
We are looking for a Supply Planning Analyst to join our NYX Professional Make-up S&OP team in the Consumer Products Division of L’Oréal USA. This role will support the Global Operations. As a supply-planning analyst, you are in charge of tracking the global stock availability to every zone and highlight any risk on service or inventory goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in change requests, testing of new functionalities and non-regression
- Participate in cross functional project teams to develop/sustain Best in Class Supply Chain methodologies
- Tracking of inbound priority shipment and anticipate / communicate next steps with stakeholder for quick turnaround
- Influence decisions and actions across the global organization to optimize service level and inventory
- Maintain system cleanliness (substitution & Catalogue management)
- Responsible for the confirmation of the requirements to the zones including Launch availability adherence and arbitration of at risk items to maximize worldwide sales
- Review supply planning parameters, and production blocked horizon to optimize service level
- Product availability and risks communication
- Is able to present project status and other relevant content comfortably to Senior Management as needed
- Participate in continuous improvement process and new flow/network projects
- Escalates to direct manager timely for the resolution of issues and/or determine next steps
- Review and question zone demand variations
- Proactively working on the improvement of the S&OP performance
- Influences decision making in performance improvement and resolves obstacles
- Manage relationship with our worldwide affiliates
Job Requirements:
- Ability to manage complexity
- Experience in systems and process management
- Flexible in a fast past changing environment
- Excellent cross functional influencing skills
- Analytical, excellent attention to detail and ability to step back to support the vision
- Ability to be creative and agile in order to solve problems
- BA/BS degree
- International experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry
- Ability to create ad hoc report as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency required in Microsoft Excel ; SAP preferred.
- Analytical and data oriented
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Experience in Supply Chain management
