Job Responsibilities:

  • Integrate relevant data and audience segments into media campaigns to bring business value
  • Quickly identify and troubleshoot platform and campaign issues to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns
  • Collaborate with counterparts in other countries, Zone and Global teams sharing techniques, results and best practices
  • Use the Google Marketing Platform stack (or others) to set up, activate and analyse campaigns
  • Communicate effectively with agency teams to create innovative response to briefs and detailed campaign reports
  • Be responsible for the planning and activation of precision media campaigns, optimisation and reporting
  • Present and translate technical information in a clear, concise manner to marketing and senior management
  • Stay abreast of innovation and new techniques, developing knowledge within the Media team and wider Marketing community
  • Work with our tech and media partners to ensure we apply best practice, beta opportunities where relevant and continue to drive our transformation
  • Work with Marketing to educate on campaign performance and optimisation techniques used, building in learnings for future campaigns

Job Requirements:

  • Practical and questioning approach, willing to innovate and challenge the status quo
  • Experience working with both branding and performance advertisers
  • Good understanding of paid media and willingness to learn about new channels
  • Good written & verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex or technical matters in a simple way
  • Demonstrable years’ relevant experience in programmatic media buying, from an agency, trading desk or DSP
  • GA certified and strong working knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform stack (or equivalent)
  • Ability to build good working relationships with internal teams and agency partners
  • Experience of various test & learn methodologies
  • A positive attitude to ambiguity and able to tackle problems with a structured approach
  • Strong problem solving skills, ability to work autonomously and take ownership for resolution
  • Experience in Social and Performance media buying (Desirable)
