Job Responsibilities:

This requisition is for an Engineering Aide to support production team and all programs whose products are built by that team.

• Creating assembly work instructions based on the drawings and/or models
• Gathering, maintaining, formatting, compiling, and manipulating technical data, such as material test results and engineering design changes
• Providing technical guidance and timely problem resolution in support of manufacturing operators to facilitate assembly performance
• Applying lean manufacturing techniques to reduce cost and increase yields
