Job Description:

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a luxurious beachside resort located on the west crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The interior of the resort is inspired by the ancient palaces of Turkey and features hand-painted finishing, Turkish artworks and stunning murals inspired by the Golden Age of the Ottoman Empire. The resort offers 405 rooms and suites, 38 Royal Residences and the award-winning Talise Ottoman Spa, one of the largest and most luxurious spas in the Middle East. Job Responsibilities:

• Being able to maintain records and administration of restaurant is done efficiently
• Being able to actively implement strategies to increase the market share of the outlet
• Being able to drive the team to ensure that the restaurant goals are achieved
• Being able to identify market needs and trends in terms of food for both hotel guests and local market, and to monitor and analyze the menus and products of competitive restaurants
• Managing all aspects of the outlet including, but not limited to optimizing profits and increasing sales.
• Ensuring that the restaurant cash handling is done as per the laid down financial policies and procedures
• Managing all operational issues ensuring Standard Operation Procedures are met and value is added to the Food & Beverage objectives.
• Ensuring that the highest grooming standards are achieved at all times

Job Requirements:

• Hotel School Degree, Diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 2-year experience in a 5-star property.
• Additional language of either Arabic, French, Spanish, Mandarin, German is an advantage.
• A minimum of 2-year experience in multicultural environment.
