Job Description: This position supports SCS Operations and country growth by building and cultivating customers’ relationships to serve our customers better and avoid churn. Full training is provided with this role. You may be required to work additional or/and unsociable hours to meet the needs of the entire operation so some flexibility regarding working hours is necessary. Ability to travel to local offices & customers is required. Job Responsibilities: Liaising with customers both internal and external On-boarding new customers, create SOPs and proactively monitor shipments.
