Job Description:
As a Communications Specialist, you will support the team to further enhance the reputation and understanding of NHSc internally and externally. You will proactively tell NHSc’s corporate story on topics such as sustainability, innovation, and research. In this position, you will strongly focus on internal communications, aiming to strengthen employee engagement and nurture the company values. You will also support on external communications objectives to position NHSc as a leader in the science of nutrition through compelling newsworthy and editorial storytelling
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop written and video content for external communications including articles, news releases, feature videos.
- Partner with Communications leadership to implement the strategic communications plan that drives Nestlé Health Science’s global business objectives and strengthens the company’s reputation.
- Develop messages and content (script, talking points) related to NHSc HQ and Global internal communications activities and events
- Act as an internal reporter, discovering unique stories within the business, then researching and writing them for internal and external use.
- Interact with external consultants and coordinate with various internal stakeholders to implement communication plans.
Job Requirements:
- Ease with fast moving environments
- Experience in health, nutrition, or scientific communications a plus
- Change agent and innovative (think out of the box), multi-tasking and multiple stakeholders management
- Good project management, organizational and planning skills
- English native speaker (verbal & writing skills), additional language(s) a plus (French preferable)
- At least 3 years’ experience in internal or external communications
- University degree in communications, journalism or marketing
