Job Description:
The Integrated Media team is part of the Marketing function, responsible for delivering sustainable, extraordinary growth by attracting and activating consumers and customers through paid, owned, and earned media.
Job Responsibilities:
- As the Integrated Media Leader, you will be responsible for leading the approach, media strategy and investments for performance marketing, in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our media investments to drive short-term business results. You will be responsible for digital performance channels including paid search, SEO, performance social media and digital display. You will deliver results through leading a team of 3 specialists (1x paid media specialist 2x SEO specialists). You will be responsible for leading the approach to optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of all channels and continually improving our approach to activating consumers and customers through search and paid media channels, whilst pushing for innovation. You will ensure we are maximizing the capabilities of ad and marketing technology to increase the relevance, efficiency, and effectiveness of our marketing and drawing actionable insights.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the retail sector, preferably home furnishing
- Proven experience of or strong understanding of the ad and marketing tech landscape (DMP, DSPs, viewability, ad fraud, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing/Media either agency-side or in-house, delivering results in performance marketing channels, namely paid search, social media and digital display
- Formal qualifications in Marketing or equivalent
- Experience in planning, driving output, and measuring performance
- Experience of managing complex paid media budgets
