Job Responsibilities:
- Work with PC’s and Export Logistics to ensure shipments are processed and shipped on a timely basis.
- Export Customer Service Distributor Coordinator. Work with mid to high complexity distributors and Genpos and achieve department targets.
- Overall service level & customer service, includes Inter-Regional S/L @ N+2, W37 forecast accuracy, BO reduction, CBO resolution speed
- New Model & Initial order process from beginning to end and achieve on time shipment.
- Special Price File Maintenance Role
- Oversees Stock Exchange process.
- Monthly KPI reporting and Cap-Do
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Excel, Access, Power Point, Word
- Proficiency in Business Objects reporting.
- Advanced understanding of Export Business Flow and ability to approve debits, credits, and authorize expenses to conduct business
- Advanced understanding of AHM Parts Business, Operations, and Gios/Salesforce preferred
Qualification & Experience:
- BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- 4+ years of work experience in customer service and /or data analytics in lieu of degree
- 4+ years of experience in export customer service or related field
