Harrods Jobs – Concession Data Analyst

Job Description:

The Concession Data Analyst will be responsible for on-boarding concession partners onto the Harrods data system as well as overseeing the day-to-day business as usual tasks. You will be the go-to technical contact for a selection of external brands and will be expected to communicate and provide on-boarding progress updates to key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will have a direct report from a Concession Data Administrator, who will manage the business-as-usual day to day and also provide ad hoc support to you as the analyst.
• You will actively work with brands to problem solve to ensure as a business we do all that we can to successfully on-board brands onto our systems.
• The role offers the opportunity to work directly with a variety of luxury brands as well as other key business areas such as Buying, Operations and the Online trading team.

Job Requirements:

• You must have previous experience within a Data Analyst position, ideally with a retail background but this is not essential. Experience of vendor management would also be beneficial.
• Strong PC literacy is a key requirement, including proficiency in Word, Excel and SAP.
• You will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will need to build strong relationships across the business with key touch point teams such as IT, Buying, Merchandising, Operations, Online Trade, Retail and Legal.
• We will need someone with flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
• You must have the ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
