Job Description: In this position, as the EEO Specialist you will provide technical assistance and training, of varying degrees of complexity, to lower graded EEO Specialist, and FEMA employees. Job Responsibilities: Writing acceptance and dismissals claims. Coordinating and developing case analyses; EEO Counseling and Report of Investigations; Job Requirements: You must be a U.S. citizen to apply for this position. Current federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements. You must be able to obtain and maintain a Government credit card. Selective Service registration required. You must successfully pass a background investigation. Qualification & Experience: One full year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-12) in the Federal Service.
