Job Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance concerning the tracking of program data, including actual data entry, review of data input documents, review for errors, and ensuring data entered into the tracking system(s) meet programmatic guidance and requirements;
• Prepare recommendations for annual planning, accomplishment, and data reports for assigned organizations, including reviewing, editing, and consolidating data, preparing detailed narrative justifications, and verifying validity of reported data;
• Monitor and oversee data entry, quality control, and tracking of related planning, commitment accomplishment, and program information from multiple sources, including pre-remedial, remedial, removal, federal facilities, and enforcement;
• Assist with providing contract management in support of Superfund programs.

Qualification & Experience:

• To qualify for the GS-09 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-07 level defined as planning, reporting, and/or tracking information and/or data – OR master’s or equivalent graduate degree; or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.B. or J.D., if related; degree in an academic discipline related to this position – OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
