Job Description:
The key purpose of the role is to have an expert who can lead, prioritize and develop the overall Sales Force Automation and B2B self-service portal solutions to meet the desired business vision, capabilities and outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as subject matter expert for the SFA/B2B self-service domain
- Develop design principles, internal standards, and processes based on industry best practices, to establish governing principles for SFA/B2B self-service solution design and deployment abiding by industry standards and participate in the selection of SFA/B2B self-service technologies and solutions for implementation
- Work with business teams to analyze features, defining functional specifications and consulting on strategic and operational uses of the SFA/B2B self-service Portal with a vision to increase sales conversion, improve customer engagement and increase revenue
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field (i.e. Computing)
- 8 to 10 years total work experience, with knowledge and experience in ICT, Telecom, and/or Tech professional services
- Recent experience in digital transformation [business and technology transformation]
- Digital transformation – ideally have worked on legacy to ‘new era/digital’ transformation]; including scoping MVP and MVA [minimum viable architecture]
- Desirable to have participated in the launch of innovative products in an agile environment
