Job Description:
The DMV Field Office is seeking an organized, self-starter to work collaboratively in a team environment focusing on superior in-person customer service. The Manager I may be responsible for the day to day planning, organizing, and directing of work related activities for staff and team members.
Job Responsibilities:
- The incumbent provides driver license, vehicle registration and other services to the public
- Meets deadlines
- Effectively manages multiple priorities and projects
- Trains, develops and supervises staff
- Monitors workloads, office budgets, and employee performance
- Ensures proper implementation of policies and procedures, and service levels are being met
- May administer drive tests as needed.

- Experience in supervision
- Knowledge of control cashiering and DMV Q-Matic/CFS system
- Personal computer skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Able to demonstrate professionalism
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
Qualification & Experience:

One year of experience in the Department of Motor Vehicles performing the duties of a Supervising Motor Vehicle Representative.
