Job Description:
The Digital Performance Supervisor will play a key role in the management of Cross Line of Business performance (biddable) campaigns. Working within the Disney EMEA digital marketing team, the role will look after the design, implementation and reporting of in-house performance campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter. The role will also interface with our AdTech & analytics teams and will work with external media agencies when required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with different stakeholders across the business to ensure campaigns are aligned with content and objectives
- Assist in reporting, tracking and measuring all activity in line with performance based KPIs and benchmarks
- Review and critique incoming creative & content to ensure it’s aligned with objective and fit for purpose
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and latest innovations and demonstrate how these can be incorporated into the wider Disney paid social strategy
- Stakeholder management – provide regular audits, analysis and optimisations to improve campaign performance
- Develop close relationships with media partners and external agencies
- Help assist key UK & EMEA stakeholders and LoB’s in understanding digital objectives and translate into performance plans
- This is a varied role which will bring you into contact with multiple areas of the TWDC business including Disney+, Walt Disney Studios, shopDisney, Consumer Products, Disney Theatrical Group, National Geographic & Fox TV. Your day to day activity will change according to priorities but key responsibilities are as follows:
- Attendance at key meetings providing insight and knowledge on biddable paid media
- Assist multiple LOBs with activation and optimisation of campaigns across other social & video channels
- Manage an ongoing ‘test and learn’ optimisation programme to maximise performance
- Track campaigns and optimise as appropriate
- Campaign activation – schedule, test and launch campaigns in a timely manner with varied budgets ranging from £5k or less to upwards of £250k.
- Explore opportunities on new and emerging social channels
Job Requirements:
- Proactive team player able to work individually and as part of a team
- Agency or in-house experience working on paid social campaigns
- Have an affinity and passion for Disney
- Highly numerate with a strong attention to detail and ability to analyse large sets of complex data
- Strong at communicating with non-digital savvy stakeholders, ensuring knowledge and learnings are effectively passed on
- Good time management skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks under pressure to meet deadlines
- A willingness and hunger to learn and develop career further
- Creative thinker with an understanding of digital marketing
- Excellent creative and copywriting skills
- Proven knowledge and experience of paid/biddable channels and management platforms
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience working on entertainment and/or retail brands
