Job Responsibilities: Maintaining organizational documents and monitoring status of incoming script submissions Representing the department in a professional manner Supporting departmental projects as needed Liaising with executives, talent and other assistants internally and externally Manage calendar for executive including scheduling and confirming meetings both internally and externally Manage phones, roll calls and update phone sheet Preparing and submitting expense reports Managing mail into and out of the office Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics, including payment, processing and confirmation of all transfers Process and organize expense reports Job Requirements: Highly detailed oriented with superior organizational skills Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible Ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively to solve problems Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work with confidential information Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Keynote Detail oriented with the ability to work well and maintain professionalism under pressure Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Experience at a Studio, Production Company, Literary or Talent Agency Job Details: Company: The Walt Disney Company Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Burbank, CA, USA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacancyvite.com
