Job Responsibilities:
- Support the leadership team to create the Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of your area, including understanding and detailing best practices and deviations that may occur during the process’ execution.
- To coordinate and provide support and information in the running of a safe and efficient automated production operation
- Working within clear guidelines to help achieve the production schedule and ensure that orders are prepared to the desired quality by working safely, efficiently and at agreed costs.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5 S
Qualification & Experience:
- Previous experience in a production or quality led environment
- Previous experience of leading and developing teams
