Coca Cola Internship – Senior Manager, Planning & Performance Management

Job Description:

As a Senior Manager of Planning and Performance, you will play a pivotal role in leading our international Walmart team in the JBP processes across the globe. You will make connections and be a key contributor in providing insights, and opportunities. You will be responsible for stewarding planning routines with internal and external stakeholders in multiple geographies.

You will be responsible for providing insights leveraging Retail Link data, Syndicated, and internal data sources. You will be the technical and functional expert for monthly financial reporting, quarterly business reviews, and assist in providing reporting for executive leadership top to top business reviews.

You will be a key contributor of the team and relied on heavily to consult and collaborate with the International leadership team on supply chain opportunities and help plan, forecast, and build reporting.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Subject matter expert for Coca-Cola and Walmart International on Retail Link, analytical best practices, and supply chain metrics
• Supports the global Director of supply chain with improvement projects, analytics, training, and best practice sharing across multiple country teams
• Provides team with focus on improving supply chain performance for on time in full (OTIF), forecasting, and on shelf availability (OSA)
• Lead and participate on project teams across Walmart’s top 20 Global Suppliers to implement new processes for CPFR and new Ways of Working with a focus on the end to end supply chain
• Continue to advance the reporting and analytical capabilities for the global team, as well as, in-country teams through creating dynamic visual dashboards focused on Sales, Profit and Supply Chain KPIs
• Consistently looking for process improvements through deep collaboration with cross functional internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements: 

• Strong command and understanding of Walmart data and applications (MADRID, Data Café, OMS, GRS)
• Strong command and understanding of syndicated data sources (Nielsen, Numerator)
• Strong command and understanding of supply chain data sources (OMS, OTM, SAP)
• Strong command and understanding of retail financial metrics (Margin, GIMROI)
• Solid understanding of cross-functional responsibilities and how each role interacts and supports the others
• BS or higher degree in Business, Accounting, or Computer Science
• Proven expertise in data modelling and data quality management
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, or PBIExcellent knowledge of supply chain measurement with a history of building out new supply chain metrics and capabilities
• High attention to detail to data and financial metrics
• Great communication skills with a proven ability to articulate technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Excellent ability to delivery projects on time and within scope
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Excellent ability to manage multiple projects with multiple data sources simultaneously
