Job Responsibilities:
- Champion best practices, technical ways of working, and engineering standards in the squad
- Work with a new internal team of developers and testers as well as distributed teams who own parts of the system Design cloud architecture that supports the technical solution
- Own the architecture of the project that sits on an integration among multiple engines built and maintained by international teams
- Liaise with enterprise architects and participate in technical design authority events to help define enterprise architectures
- Work collaboratively with cross functional team of developer, QA, PO, UX designer and content editor Collaborates through the scrum cycle to refine, estimate, deliver, test, and release incremental features
- Take end-to-end ownership of shaping solutions & defining the right architectural approach
Job Requirements:
- Experience is harnessing data to increase sales across a digital platform
- Delivering key features at pace in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in securing large scale digital platforms following a Secure Development Lifecycle and implementing relevant tools and technologies
- Hands-on DevOps / Cloud experience – Cloud Native architectures, Akamai WAF, IAC, microservices, CI/CD tooling, cloud databases
- Able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience delivering applications within cloud solutions: AWS, Azure (relevant certifications are desirable)
- An agile mindset and experience working in Agile technical delivery teams
- Able to manage the project within the cloud: migration, implementation, upgrades, monitoring
- Software Development Lifecyle – experience in the whole SDLC from initiation to execution and maintenance
- Experience managing technical stakeholders such as enterprise architects
- Willing to pitch in to help deliver, increment, and support the solution including developing, configuring, testing, supporting, and more in addition to architectural responsibilities
- Good understanding of data management and APIs
- Appreciation of international solutions that supports multi-region, multi-language and multi-currency
