Provide functional specific technical leadership on evolving capabilities within the industry Job Requirements: Problem solving, data collection, and analysis skills is preferred. FDA Regulated sanitary design experience is preferred. Solid analytical skills 8+ years of engineering experience 2+ years of experience in Operations, 2+ years in Staff Engineering, 2+ years in Plant Engineering is preferred. Background in consumer packaged goods environment is preferred, Strong planning and organizational skills/capabilities Demonstrated ability to achieve quality results and meet deadlines Good business judgment with ability to calibrate with business objectives Engineering Degree (BSME / BSChE) or equivalent experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP or equivalent, and utilization of Engineering Standards is preferred. Ability to develop, read and interpret PFD’s, P&IDs and mechanical drawings Change management experience and discipline Experience with capital projects and capital budget process Continuous Improvement / TPM / Lean Manufacturing processes and techniques is preferred. Competent to design in 2+ disciplines is preferred. Proven skills to effectively document and communicate technical information is preferred. Excellent presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences is preferred. High level of initiative and ability to drive results 50-75% travel is required.
