Cerner Jobs – Delivery Consultant

Job Description:

As a Delivery Consultant I, you will consult with teams at Capital Region Medical Center during implementations of third-party applications including enterprise resource planning systems to deliver client-specific venue configuration, testing, and training. Consult with clients on current workflows and configuration, upgrade implications, system changes, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance. You will also complete client-specific design, configuration, and troubleshooting within appropriate tools as well as complete full solution build with accountability for build quality score and follow-up actions. Develop and execute test plan and test script execution and note changes in end-user functionality. Review new defects, write steps to test, outline information for change requests, and notify clients. In this role, you will identify and escalate issues to solution and engagement leadership and leverage internal and external resources to deliver problem identification and resolution. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Must live in or around the Jefferson City, Missouri area
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

Job Requirements:

• At least 4 years total combined elated work experience and completed higher education
• At least 1 year of systems management
• At least 1 year of health care information technology (HCIT) project management, or consulting work experience
• At least 1 year of experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
