Job Description:

As an Operations Specialist I, you will execute operational processes and provide internal or external client support at Capital Region Medical Center, including supporting internal or external client inquiries and requests, performing data entry, and maintenance in data systems or tools. Also, review work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards. As well as complete and store or transfer documentation to support operational processes, and process incoming and outgoing correspondence. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of the position
• Live in or around the Jefferson City, Missouri area
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education
• Associates degree
