Job Description:
Along with the Marketing Manager, You will pilot the achievement of the budget for all the Art of Living product categories ( Accessories & Leather goods ) by defining and implementing product action plan, supporting commercial teams and working in collaboration with supply, client and communication teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work in collaboration with commercial teams to define and implement action plans in boutique on identified category/collection/reference
- Collaborate with the supply team to define and revise assortments
- Identify long term opportunities and sources of growth.
- Participate in local events
- Identify key / relevant competitors; understand their strategy (product offer, distribution strategy, price positioning, communication strategy, etc.)
- Regularly update competition information.
- Revise sales forecasts on a monthly basis and collaborate with supply teams to ensure adequate product supply
- Collaborate with communication team to support product awareness and desirability
- Collaborate closely with visual merchandising team to optimize visibility of the collections in boutiques
- Collaborate on the definition of the local strategic plan: market & product analysis, budget proposal and action plan definition
- Share industry news (press, websites, events, etc.). ct Manager Art of Living – UAE
- Elaborate monthly and yearly reports/analysis and follow-up product performance.
- Develop specific training tools with the Learning & Development department
- Be the key interlocutor and support for boutiques, build strong relationships with team leaders and animate the community
Job Requirements:
- Expert Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Digital acumen.
- Sense of aesthetics / Creative and innovative spirit.
- Excellent written/verbal English language skills along with strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy, and high volume workspace.
- A strategic thinker– can anticipate future consequences and trends accurately and draw credible pictures and visions.
- A curious mind and highly collaborative.
Qualification & Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in a luxury or Fashion company, ideally in the Middle-East region.
- Fifth year college or university certificate in Business / Marketing.
