Job Responsibilities: Creating a realistic character experience for families at Busch Gardens Christmas Town Taking and implementing direction from persons of authority Maintain a professional demeanor while working with a diverse group of customers, leadership and co-workers Perform other duties as assigned based on business need Maintaining a tidy and safe work area Consistently performing the same experience repetitively throughout the night of the event Being responsible for clocking in and out at the beginning and end of assigned shifts Job Requirements: Able to perform assigned character for up to 4 hours at a time.
