Job Responsibilities:
- Creating a realistic character experience for families at Busch Gardens Christmas Town
- Taking and implementing direction from persons of authority
- Maintain a professional demeanor while working with a diverse group of customers, leadership and co-workers
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business need
- Maintaining a tidy and safe work area
- Consistently performing the same experience repetitively throughout the night of the event
- Being responsible for clocking in and out at the beginning and end of assigned shifts
Job Requirements:
- Able to perform assigned character for up to 4 hours at a time.
- Costumes will be provided by Busch Gardens and will remain the property of Busch Gardens
- Able to play a convincing character in a variety of settings and previous performance experience is beneficial but not required
- Able to work from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, may vary on selected nights, and event nights and during some rehearsals
- Able to disclose accurate availability for all event/rehearsal dates during the audition process
- Under the height of 5’6”
- At least 18 years of age
