Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of accounts and prospects
- Hunt for new business opportunities by bringing on new accounts
- Develop existing busines s to improve profitable growth opportunities.
- Install and service LubeCon lubrication equipment at customer locations.
- Provide detailed monthly service reports to our most valued customers.
- Pricing accountability for designated customers in portfolio
- Meet personal T&E expectations
- Sell and promote all products and services in the portfolio
- Develop relationships with key functional contacts in customer organization
- Utilize appropriate professional sales tools including Salesforce CRM.
- Exhibit HSSE leadership and compliance
- Support Finance for credit and cash collection
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
- Knowledge , or prowess to learn, electrical and mechanical systems is desired
- Expertise in automatic lubrication equipment and industrial lubrication applications is helpful but not necessary
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to optimally coordinate and complete multiple tasks within and across multiple customer markets to meet established and changing deadlines
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or technical/engineering field is desired – or relevant industry experience attributable to 7+ years of experience
- 5 years of Sales/Marketing in B2B environment preferred
