Job Responsibilities:
- Check bank-in reports of outlets to ensure daily sales takings are banked in on time.
- Follow all cash management and cash register policies and ensure proper cash management practices are followed by shift team.
- Executes store operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security to ensure the safety of all team member during each shift.
- Acts with integrity, honest and acknowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Baskin-Robbins.
- Resolve sales and operations issues in an effective and timely manner.
- Conduct ROR (Review of Operations Risks) on food safety, SOPs, product quality and health risks to ensure compliance to required standards.
- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customer cues. Take appropriate action and provide support to ensure targets are met.
