Job Description:

The Test Automation Specialist, under minimal supervision, is primarily responsible for E2E test automation on Trifacta – Test Automation Platform. This role will participate in daily team collaborations and work closely with GBS and US stakeholders. This role will participate in Test identification, collaborative Test Walkthrough sessions, leading discussions to ensure requirements are fully understood for test automation and building the Test Automation flows on Trifacta

Job Responsibilities:

• Be able to articulate complex technical requirements in a lucid manner and is relevant to business use cases
• Perform analysis to identify data mapping requirements
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders for test execution walkthroughs, understand problem statement, business requirements and propose solutions
• Ensure adherence to the SLA’s / Metrics – productivity, turn-around-time and accuracy
• Act as a mentor to other team members
• Ability to work cross-functionally, and across borders to effectively execute the business goals
• Drive projects independently with minimal oversight and ensure timely deliverables
• Manage stakeholders with respect to process level activities
• Preparation of results reports and dashboards, presentation of the same to the On Shore Partners
• Identify potential areas for process improvement/automation and responsible for creating applications using required technologies to support the process improvements/automations
• Develop/build automated tests on the required platform

Job Requirement:

• Proficiency in MS SQL application development
• Strong research, analytic, reasoning and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills
• Experience in building and supporting ETL and transforming data
